Filmed on location in Dublin and Wicklow; showcasing the country’s beautiful period architecture including the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Russborough House, Newbridge House and Howth Castle, Whit Stillman’s Love & Friendship is adapted from Jane Austen’s 18th century novella, Lady Susan.

Lenny Abrahamson’s 2012 film What Richard Did, was filmed on location in Dublin and Wicklow. Abrahamson’s film follows Richard Karlsen, golden-boy athlete and undisputed alpha male of his privileged set of South Dublin teenagers, through the summer between the end of school and the beginning of university. The world is bright and everything seems possible, until one summer night when Richard does something that destroys it all and shatters the lives of the people closest to him. Rob Steiner’s fairy tale adventure, The Princess Bride, which sees the Cliffs of Moher in Co. Clare doubling up as the Cliffs of Insanity in the 1987, will also be available to view on Curzon’s on-demand service.
