Course Profile
The National Talent Academy for Animation, in association with Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland and IADT Dún Laoghaire, is delighted to launch the Introduction to Dolby Atmos Workshop with Aza Hand.
This two-day hands-on introductory workshop has been developed for Post-Production Audio Professionals with experience as Sound Mixers, Sound Editors or Sound Designers who have no formal training in Dolby Atmos.
This workshop will introduce successful applicants to the following:
- Overview of post-production sound components inc: foley, sound effects, sound design, composition and final mixing.
- Designing immersive sound experiences with Dolby Atmos.
- Understanding multiple specifications for delivering audiovisual content.
Participant Profile
Candidates must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Audio Post Production.
- Be a resident in Ireland and be available to attend each class in person in IADT Dún Laoghaire.
