Social media strategy is an essential part of TV programming bringing connection with the audience for your content.

This course aims to give you a good overview with tips on developing a solid social media strategy, including:

Day One:

  • Defining the goals of your strategy

  • Introduction to working with the algorithm
  • What content works best on which platforms
  • Creating a content plan
  • Capturing and keeping the audience attention

Day Two:

  • Tools for creating engaging content, even on a budget
  • Using AI to be more effective
  • Case studies: what is working
  • Implementing a successful social media strategy
  • Case studies: what is working Creating buzz and community to promote programmes
  • Implementing a successful social media strategy

The online session will be followed by one-to-one sessions with Mark for those interested. These sessions will be available at a reduced additional cost and we will reach out directly when the selection for this course is finalised.
