Emissions Reduction

Maintain detailed records of fuel use for all vehicles where fuel is paid for by the production.
Plan vehicle journeys to ensure fuel use and emissions are minimised.
Where different vehicles could be used for a particular purpose, please choose the vehicle with the lowest consumption and emissions.
Deliveries and collections of material and equipment should be optimised to minimise journeys and reduce fuel use/emissions.
Equipment should be switched off and unplugged when not in use.
Observe the no idling policy.

Design with the end in mind.
Printing on paper should only be done when absolutely necessary and then it should be on both sides of each sheet.
Liaise with the Sustainability Advisor to identify and source environmentally friendly goods and materials.
Place waste food, packaging and materials in the appropriate waste stream.
Develop an asset disposal plan during prep and production.

Assist the Sustainability Advisor to obtain MSDS and environmental information from suppliers.
