Emissions Reduction

• The stunt department should look for opportunities to reduce energy use wherever possible.
• Equipment should be chosen with energy efficiency in mind and equipment should be switched off and unplugged when not in use.
• Crew should carpool where possible to minimise fuel use and emissions.
• Deliveries and collections of material and equipment should be optimised to minimise journeys and reduce fuel use/emissions.
• Observe the no idling policy.

Circular Economy

• Sustainable materials and techniques should be used wherever possible. Biodegradable and water-based options should be given preference.
• Toxic materials, fossil fuel-based materials and single use materials should be minimised or avoided.
• Consumables and other items should be chosen with sustainability in mind.
• Place waste food, packaging and materials in the appropriate waste stream.   

Carbon Calculator

• Assist the Sustainability Advisor to obtain MSDS and environmental information from suppliers.
• Facilitate the collection of data on energy use, fuel use, materials use and transport for the carbon calculator.
