- A Zero Waste Policy should be developed by the production department to enable informed decisions to be made regarding the sourcing and disposal of office furniture, equipment and supplies.
- An Asset Disposal Plan should be prepared to plan for the reuse and rehoming of office furniture, equipment and supplies at the end of the production so that the resources needed to manage the process can be budgeted for, and the process can be delivered efficiently during the wrap weeks.
