The Man Inside Wins at the Palm Springs International Film Festival

The Irish short film The Man Inside, written and directed by Rory Bresnihan has won the Best Live Action Short Under 15 Minutes Award, 2nd place at the renowned Palm Springs International Film Festival.

The festival which showcases more than 320 short films each year from more than 40 countries has a library of more than 2,700 films available to film buyers, industry and press at the concurrent Short Film Market. 

Based on a short story by Fernando Sorrentino, the film tells the story of Lisandro who accidently locks himself into his apartment.  It was produced by Lucy Dyke for Broken Pictures as part of the Irish Film Board's Signatures short film scheme.
