Irish Screenings and Events at the Cork Film Festival

This year's Corona Cork Film Festival (1st - 8th November) will be a busy and exciting festival with the premiere of two of the Irish Film Board (IFB) short film schemes along with screenings of a number of IFB funded feature films, documentaries and co-productions throughout the festival.

The two short film schemes Signatures and Reality Bites will premiere in the Opera House on Saturday 7th November at 4pm. 

Margaret Corkery's award winning feature film EAMON will be screening on Wednesday 4th November in the Kino at 9pm while Fergus Tighe's SEASIDE STORIES will be screening on Friday 6th November in the Kino at 9pm.

The documentary THE ART OF TIME directed by Fergus Daly, the feature film NOTHING PERSONAL directed by Urszula Antoniak and produced by Fastnet Films will screen over the course of the festival along with a number of shorts including the musicals DENTAL BREAKDOWN and MOORE STREET MASALA, the short documentary 6 FARMS and the animation DONKEY.

A panel event on the Value of the Film Industry will take place on Friday 6th November in association with MEDIA Desk.  Guests to speak at the event include Minister Micheál Martin.
