The short film has proved such a success that a new cartoon series ‘Granny O'Grimm' is being made at the moment by Brown Bag Films.  Granny O'Grimm's Sleeping Beauty was funded by the IFB, RTÉ and the Arts Council.

The nominations will be decided in February 2010 and the 82nd Academy Awards® will take place in Los Angeles on 7th March 2010
