Oscar-nominated Darragh O'Connell to speak at National Film School on 15th Dec
Irish Oscar-nominated animator Darragh O'Connell will be taking part in the National Film School Lecture Series at 10:30am on Wednesday 15th December.
Darragh O'Connell co-founded Brown Bag Films, one of Ireland's leading animation studios, in 1994. As creative director, he oversees the visual output and artistic reputation of the company. He has directed numerous commercials and several high profile TV series, including The Octonauts, Olivia, and I'm an Animal. His producer and executive producer credits include: Noddy in Toyland and Wobblyland, as well as Granny O'Grimm's Sleeping Beauty and Give Up Yer Aul Sins, for which he received Academy Award® nominations.
Darragh O'Connell will speak on Wednesday 15th December at 10:30am in the Trevor Scott Hall in the National Film School in Dun Laoghaire and all are welcome.
