SPIN THE BOTTLE AVAILABLE TO RENT THIS WEEKEND
SPIN THE BOTTLE, the movie based on the character Rats from the hugely successful TV series 'Paths to Freedom', will be available to rent exclusively from Xtra-vision this weekend.Directed by Ian Fitzgibbon, SPIN THE BOTTLE sees Rats (Michael McElhatton) set about raising money to send his clinically obese Aunt to Lourdes for a miracle cure. After many hapless attempts to get a job to raise the money, Rats resorts to his only weapon his musical genius, and gate crashes a boy band competition live on national television.
SPIN THE BOTTLE picked up 3 awards last year at the irish Film and Television Awards and had a very successful theatrical run whcih it was released nationwide by Buena Vista International (Ireland).
SPIN THE BOTTLE was produced by Grand Pictures and co-funded by BSÉ/IFB, Nite Out Entertainment, RTE and Xtravision.
