More about Hill Street:
It all began with Clive Rowen, the proprietor of a skate shop in the north inner city called Clive’s of Hill Street, who single-handedly progressed the skate scene from primitive ramps at the shop to a temporary skate park in the Top Hat Ballroom in Dún Laoghaire. Clive later managed to convince the Powell Peralta Bones Brigade team to visit the park for a now historic demo. Hill Street includes interviews with key players in the Irish and global skate community and features rare, never-seen-before footage.
Along with its theatrical release, Hill Street will also be available to buy worldwide on DVD/VOD from June 2nd through a dedicated website, www.hillstreetdocumentary.com, and via iTunes.
Hill Street was produced by Warrior Films with support from Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board.
