The Missing Scarf is a black comedy that explores some of life's common fears: the fear of the unknown, of failure, rejection and finally of death. The film boasts the voice work of renowned actor, activist and Facebook megastar George Takei. Director Eoin Duffy and producer Jamie Hogan of production company Belly Creative first approached George with the project in early 2013 and recorded him shortly after in his hometown of Hollywood California.
The Missing Scarf was funded by Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board, RTÉ and the Arts Council under the Frameworks short film scheme
