'THE TEN STEPS' SHORT FILM WINS AT SITGES
Brendan Muldowney's short film THE TEN STEPS has scooped the Best Short in the Official Competitive Section at the recent Sitges International Film Festival of Catalonia. This new award is hot on the heels of receiving commendations for Best Director and Best Film at the Kerry Film Festival in November.THE TEN STEPS stars Jill Harding as a young girl who baby-sits in an old house and was also selected for official competition at the London Film Festival earlier this year. Written and directed by Brendan Muldowney, the short was produced by SP Films and was fundedby the the Galway Film Centre, RTE and Bord Scannan na hEireann/the Irish Film Board.
