National Film School Lecture Series: LISA ALBERT, Emmy® Award-winning Writer / Producer
The National Film School Lecture Series in association with Bord Scannán na hÉireann / The Irish Film Board will welcome LISA ALBERT, Emmy® Award-winning Writer / Producer, as part of its lecture series.
Lisa Albert is best-known as one of the creative team behind the highly successful AMC drama series, Mad Men (2007-15), for which she received three Primetime Emmy® Awards and four Writers Guild of America Awards. Born in New York City, she initially worked in publishing, until she switched to television writing in 1986. Her other credits as a writer include: The Cosby Show; My Sister Sam; Mr. Belvedere; Major Dad: Murphy Brown; Living Single; and Suddenly Susan.
