IRISH FILMS AT THE JAMESON DUBLIN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Pearse Elliott's THE MIGHTY CELT will premiere at the opening of the third Jameson Dublin International Film Festival on February 11th. The festival runs until February 20th and features four new Irish feature films. Fintan Connolly’s second feature THE TROUBLE WITH SEX produced by FUBAR Films and MICKEYBO & ME, directed by Terry Loane will also premiere during the festival. Both of these feature films will be released in Irish cinemas in March by Eclipse Pictures and UIP respectively. CAPITAL LETTERS, directed by Ciaran O’Connor will also be screened and is being distributed by Stoney Road Films.There will also be a special screening on Friday 18th February of BSE/IFB-backed short films during the festival, which will include Declan De Barra’s NUN’S FIGHT CLUB, Peter Foott’s award-winning THE CARPENTER AND HIS CLUMSY WIFE and the director of Yu Ming is Ainm Dom, Daniel O’Hara’s FLUENT
