ANOTHER PRESTIGIOUS AWARD FOR SHORT FILM 'THE TEN STEPS'
Following on from its recent Best Short win at the 7th Annual New York Film Fleadh - The Craic, SP Films latest short 'The Ten Steps' has just been awarded the prestigious Grand Prize at the 2005 New York International Children’s Film Festival.The Grand Prize is awarded to the overall most popular film based on audience voting throughout the festival, and was presented by actor Matthew Modine. THE TEN STEPS was written and directed by Brendan Muldowney and stars newcomer Jill Harding. It was funded by the Galway Film Centre, RTE and the Irish Film Board.
