Successful 2002 Short Cuts announced

There were 150 Applications for the Short Cuts Scheme this year and a total of 6 projects were selected. The successful applicants are as follows:

1. A Ferret Called Johnny to be produced by Rough Magic Films and directed by Barry Dignam.
2. Beauty Queen to be produced by SP Films and directed by Brendan Muldowney.
3. Burning the Bed to be produced by Songway Films and directed by Denis McArdle.
4. Two Fat Ladies to be produced by Dill Films and directed by John Hayes.
5. Killer Diller to be produced by Samson Films and directed by Richie Smith.

The successful Short Short applicants will be announced shortly.
