New Successful Frameworks Projects Announced

The latest successful Frameworks projects have been announced. Frameworks is a short film scheme exclusively for animation which makes creative use of the medium and is primarily aimed at an adult audience. Frameworks is funded by the Irish Film Board, RTE and the Arts Council. This years successful projects are:
  • Charred and Feathered to be directed by Rory Byrneand and produced by Barry O’Donoghue in Barley Films. Barley Films previously produced the award winning short Agricultural Report.
  • The Blind Man’s Eye to be directed by Matthew Talbot-Kelly and produced by Michael Algar at Glimpse Digital.
  • An Cailleach Bheara to be directed by Naomi Wilson and produced Nessa King in Metropolitan Films. Naomi Wilson previously directed the frameworks short film Among Strangers and Rehy Fox

  • The Crumblegiant to be directed by John McCloskey and produced by Pearse Moore in Raw Nerve Productions.
This years Frameworks will premiere at the Galway Film Fleadh in July 2007.
