John Boorman's THE TIGER'S TAIL in cinemas nationwide this weekend
Irish film THE TIGER’S TAIL directed by the multi-award winning director JOHN BOORMAN, will be released in Irish cinemas this weekend by Buena Vista International (Ireland). The film stars Brendan Gleeson and Kim Cattrell as the leads with Sinead Cusack, Cathy Belton and Sean McGinley in supporting roles.THE TIGER’S TAIL is a black comedy thriiller about a successful business in comtemporary Ireland whose life begins to unravel when he encounters his doppelganger and premiered at the San Sebastian Film Festival where is was described by Screen international as “his most satisfying film since The General”.
The film was produced by Merlin Films with funding from the Irish Film Board, RTE and the UK Film Council, with international sales being handled by Moviehouse Entertainment.
