New Short Shorts Deadline August 10th

The new deadline for the Irish Film Board Short Shorts film scheme is Friday, August 10th.

Short Shorts aims to produce ultra short pieces, which can be screened theatrically in front of feature films. The scheme encourages brilliant, imaginative, eye-catching films, which work with all the high impact power of ads, but without a product to sell. This short film scheme is funded by the IFB.

Recent films produced under the Short Shorts scheme include THE RED BALL, directed by Alan Holly and produced by Barley Films and TEETH, directed by John Kenneday and Ruairi O'Brien and produced by Diva Media which both picked up top prizes at the recent Galway Film Fleadh.
