Welcome to the new look website for Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board. We are aiming to provide as much up-to-date information as possible on the Irish film industry whether you are trying to finance your film or simply have an interest in Irish film.
New features and improvements to our website include:
- An improved navigation system to make the site more user-friendly and informative.
- A new Trailers page where you can download a pod-cast of the film conference, The Real Deal, at the Galway Film Fleadh 2007 and see trailers of the latest Irish releases.
- Clearer and more in-depth guidelines on our funding programmes.
- More comprehensive information on the business affairs side of financing your film.
- Greater information on Irish and international festivals.
- Extensive information on Irish cinema.
- Weekly Box Office listings for Irish figures
The site is still a work in progress as we are making further improvements and enhancements.
