The Light House Cinema at Smithfield is a four-screen, 600-seat commercially operated art-house cinema, which presents a diverse and individual programme of the best Irish, independent, foreign-language, art-house and classic cinema.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, commited individual who is a strong communicator, with excellent leadership skills to join our team as Front of House Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to assist in the management and developmnet of Dublin's newest art-house cinema. The Front of House Manager will oversee the smooth, safe and effective operation of all public facing elements of this new venue, managing a team of front-line staff and optimising the public experience at Light House Cinema. Superior management and customer service skills are paramount.
The ideal candidate will have:
- front of house experience, preferably in a cinema environment
- an ability to recruit, organise and direct staff
- strong communications skills and be detail-oriented
- an ability to work effectively under time deadlines and conflicting priorities
- a professional presence
