Call for Submissions: Jameson Dublin International Film Festival
JDIFF - Now Accepting Film SubmissionsThe Jameson Dublin International Film Festival has opened its doors to Irish film submissions. The festival, which will run from Thursday 12th to Sunday 22nd February 2009, prides itself on showing the very best in international and Irish cinema. They are now looking for films, specifically feature films and documentaries of over 60 minutes which have been completed after January 2008, to be included in the programme. International Screenwriting Award 'Write Here Write Now'- Submit Your Script!
For all you budding screenwriters out there the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival is now accepting entries for their international screenwriting award Write Here, Write Now which launched earlier this year at the Cannes Film Festival. The award is run in association with Walt Disney Motion Pictures, Ireland and the winner will be announced during the 2009 festival. The winning script will receive a cash prize of €7500 and extensive promotion throughout the festival. Submissions for this initiative are now welcome.
