Deadline draws close for Berlinale Talent Campus 2009
The deadline for the Berlinale Talent Campus is drawing close with applications being accepted until 8th October.The Berlinale Talent Campus (7-12 February 2009) is an international summit of the most talented up-and-coming filmmakers. During the 59th Berlin International Film Festival young professionals from all over the world will have the opportunity to learn from top experts and build up international networks.
Participants are invited from these areas of filmmaking: actors / cinematographers / directors / editors / film critics / producers / production designers / screenwriters / sound designers / composers / visual artists
The Talent Campus offers a huge variety of different programme elements. Amongst others there are panel discussions and stars-in-the-limelight sessions presented by top industry professionals and stars; workshops, seminars and case studies are designed to promote interaction with world-class experts from all fields of work.
The "Hands-on-Training" sessions offer individualised mentorship, guidance and training for participants (Garage Studio, Talent Press, Doc&Script Station, Volkswagen Score Competition, Talent Project Market, Berlin Today Award).
