Membership of IFTA now open for 2009/10
Membership of the Irish Film & Television Academy (IFTA) is now open for 2009/10. The deadline for the online early bird discount, where Irish film and TV professionals wishing to get membership can avail of a 10% discount ends Sunday, May 31st 2009.
Established in 2006, the Irish Film & Television Academy (IFTA) has over 900 active Members and is comprised of Irish and international professionals working in the film and television industries. In addition to voting in the annual Irish Film & Television Awards, IFTA members are regularly invited to exclusive screenings and events and can avail of a range of special offers using their Membership card.
IFTA has three levels of Membership options available; Full Member, Associate Member and Student Member. Applicants select to become a member of one of fourteen IFTA chapters; Acting, Animation, Cinematography, Costume, Directing, Editing, Hair & Make Up, Music Production Design, Producer, Sound, Writing, Television Other and Film Other.
