Sexy Irish romp wins Top Award
Irish film GOLDFISH MEMORY has just won the Audience Award for OUTstanding Narrative Feature at OUTFEST, one of the largest gay and lesbian film festivals in the world. This international film festival is held annually in Los Angeles and this year screened 188 films from 26 countries over the course of the Festival’s 12-day run.
Based on an original story by Liz Gill, this sexy dating movie which was shot in Dublin last year and boasts a host of Ireland’s hottest young actors. GOLDFISH MEMORY is a bright and breezy look at the dangers and delights of dating in contemporary Dublin.
GOLDFISH MEMORY was produced by Breda Walsh for Goldfish Films and was executive produced by Bord Scannán na hÉireann/Irish Film Board. It was developed with the assistance of Moonstone International and was made in association with RTÉ, Xtra-vision, The Farm and Ardmore Sound.
It will open at selected cinemas nationwide on 5 September, rated 15PG.
