Your City Needs You!!!

Twenty-two productions worth €100m has been made in Dublin throughout 2008 and early 2009.  Dublin City Council, An Garda Síochána, The Office of Public Works, Dublin Airport Authority, Failte Ireland and Dublin Tourism and many other members of the network have provided assistance to these film and TV dramas.

Easy and affordable access to the city's film locations is important if Ireland is to compete effectively for mobile international film and television production. Access to film locations is also essential to domestic film and television production who often work on very tight budgets.

The FILM DUBLIN Partnership ensures that Ireland's capital city remains an attractive base for local and international film and television production. The network provides an opportunity for consultation, coordination and communication on complex film and television projects that are in need of multiple agency assistance.

The Irish Film Board would like to thank all 29 members of the FILM DUBLIN Partnership for the ongoing support which they show to Dublin's filmmaking community.
