Breaking Glass Pictures Acquire US Rights to Rebecca Daly’s Good Favour Following Les Arcs Selection

It has been announced that Visit Films has licensed US rights for Rebecca Daly’s Good Favour to Breaking Glass Pictures. The title, which received its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), will also screen at the Les Arcs European Film Festival, which runs from 16 – 23 December; competing in the Hauteur strand of the programme.

Good Favour is an enigmatic and haunting drama directed by Rebecca Daly (Mammal, Sundance 2016; The Other Side of Sleep, Cannes 2011). The film follows a remote Christian community experiencing a crisis of faith that finds new hope in the arrival of a mysterious young man. Good Favour stars Vincent Romeo, Lars Brygmann, Clara Rugaard, Alexandre Willaume, Victoria Mayer, and Helena Coppejans.

The film is written by Rebecca Daly and Glenn Montgomery and produced by John Keville, Conor Barry, Benoit Roland, Monica Hellstrom, Signe Byrge Sorensen, and Marleen Slot.

Good Favour is financed by Bord Scannán na hÉireann /the Irish Film Board with the support of Wallonia le Centre du Cinéma et de L’audiovisuel de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, the Danish Film Institute, and Netherlands Film Fund with support by FilmFyn.
