Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland pays tribute to producer, writer and director Liam O'Neill

The Board and Executive at Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland would like to pay tribute to Liam O’Neill, who sadly passed away this week. Liam was a producer, writer and director at Paradox Pictures for over 30 years. His recent directorial credits include short films "Danny Boy" and "Kathleen". Liam served on several boards including MEDIA Desk Ireland, EAVE, and Film Base and helped to established the film news portal IFTN (www.iftn.ie). He also lectured in filmmaking at the Irish Film Institute, Film Base, DLIADT The Irish Film School, The National College of Art and Design and The Dundalk Institute of Technology. Our thoughts are with his family at this time. RIP
