From Fia’s Fairies to Nothing Compares: the nominees of the Royal Television Society Republic of Ireland 2024 / Gradaim 2024 awards have been announced

RTS Republic of Ireland have announced their 2024 Award Nominees, spanning across ten categories. This year’s entries showcased the pinnacle of talent and creativity in the Irish television industry, with a total of over 130 entries being considered. The awards ceremony is proudly supported by Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland alongside partners Coimisiún na Meán and Screen Producers Ireland and broadcasters Sky Ireland, Virgin Media, RTÉ and TG4.

Speaking at the announcement of this year’s shortlisted nominees, Agnes Cogan, RTS Republic of Ireland Chair said:

This year's nominees demonstrate the extraordinary calibre of Irish television content that is continuing to elevate the standards of Irish television. On behalf of the RTS Ireland, I want to congratulate all the nominees on their outstanding achievements and look forward to celebrating their contributions next month." 

The winners will be revealed on the evening of Tuesday, 19th March in Dublin’s Liberty Hall Theatre.
