Call for Proposals: International Festival Consultant Agency

Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland is the national agency for the Irish film, television drama, animation and documentary industry, and the creative partner to the sector, investing in talent, creativity and enterprise. We are inspired by original storytelling that will emotionally engage audiences at home and abroad.
The agency understands the importance of the role of international film festivals in the life cycle of a film in terms of the film's launch, achieving audience engagement, awards, sales and distribution, and actively works with key festivals on an annual basis.
Screen Ireland is currently seeking the services of a professional film festival agency to work across 5 to 6 Screen Ireland supported titles to help them build their festival journey over the next 12-18 months. The appointed agency will work with Screen Ireland and the proposed feature film titles to include the following:
- Build a festival strategy for the film
- Ensure the film gets in front of a broad range of film festival programmers working closely with the Screen Ireland marketing team
- Maximise screenings opportunities
- Target relevant festivals for first time filmmakers or topic specific projects
- Increase opportunities for the projects to pick up awards at festivals
Companies should submit a short proposal outline of their work, including rates per title and any discounted rates for a slate of titles and detailed previous experience to marketing@screenireland.ie by June 9th.
