New Native Events report Decarbonising for Ireland’s Screen Stakeholders published ahead of Cut to Zero panel at the 37th Galway Film Fleadh

Ahead of tomorrow’s Cut to Zero: Sustainability and the Irish Screen Industry Roadmap panel at the 37th Galway Film Fleadh, Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland is publishing Native Events’ Decarbonisation Report for Ireland’s Screen Stakeholders, which will be discussed at the event.
The panel will be taking place tomorrow Friday 11th July from 14.30 to 15.30 in the Veranda Lounge at the Galmont Hotel.
Chaired by Screen Ireland Board Member Dr. Ciarán O Carroll, panellists David Donoghue (chair of Screen Producers Ireland), Megan Best (CEO of Native Events and co-founder of Julie’s Bicycle Europe), Stan Nangle (Sustainability Advisor), Trisha Canning (Coimisiún na Meán and coordinator of the Sustainable Media Network Ireland) and Matt Scarff (Managing Director at BAFTA albert will come together to discuss the roadmap for decarbonising production, the role of carbon data in meeting our climate goals, and how new policies and tools, including the rollout of Albert certification, will shape the future of the industry.
