Russ Shaw has over 30 years’ experience in the post-Production world. Initially starting out as a Flame Operator at Rushes, he went on to found Nice Biscuits, which grew into a 20 strong post house. In 2014 it set up a production arm to complement its post offering. Aside from running Nice Biscuits, Russ has established his reputation as one of the country’s leading VFX supervisor, which led to his interest in Virtual Production.
